Card Decks
My card decks are printed in high quality card stock like casino grade and aqueous matte for great handling. I think most of my decks should be easy enough for cardistry and magic performances; including faroing, fanning, overhand shuffling, etc. I am probably not using THE best card stocks out there, but my decks are still high quality enough for various nice shuffle styles and cardistry. If you are a cardist and would like to try performing with my cards (or take my works to Cardistry-Con!), feel free to share your experiences or videos using my decks.
CARD STOCK: Casino-quality linen card stock without gloss is good for performing cardistry and card magic tricks, and for skilled shuffling and dealing because it can be very slippery in a "swift way." But with gloss finish, the artwork becomes more vibrant; the cards can become "weightier," smoother, and more "stickier sturdy."
PERSONALIZED BOX: For the custom box options, type in text or name(s) you want the box to have. See the image below for sample format styles of text and names. For the form below, leave blank for parts that you don't want any text:
CARD STOCK: Casino-quality linen card stock is good for performing cardistry and card magic tricks, and for skilled shuffling and dealing because it can be very slippery in a "swift way." In addition to the air pocket black core card stock, these cards have additional professional playing card finishing which makes them glide swiftly. These cards are lightweight and stiff, and could fly out more easily when shuffling. If you are not used to handling cards like these, it may initially feel like the cards are hard to hold as they slip easily, and this is natural especially when freshly manufactured from the factory. But over time of usage, the cards have more grip and sturdiness.
HOLOGRAPHIC: The holographic cards can "glow" both in well-lit and dark rooms, depending on lighting type, angle, torch, backlight, flashlight, etc. The glow is of course different from the glow of neon cards, but still works like an art of magic in its way!! The cards become quite magical and beautiful in such setups like a work of art, and contain some "magic." It is natural for the holographic cards to get "stuck" together when taking them out for the first time; simply separate the cards and they'll be good to use right away!
CONTENTS: twenty-two (22) Major Arcana cards, fifty-six (56) Minor Arcana cards, and twelve (12) Magician Clarity cards. Each card has their own numbering system that is unique to this deck, and can help with optional and additional numerology ("angel numbers") answers add-ons. In the holographic version, the numbers can "blend" with the holographic foil and become more challenging to read, depending on the angle and which rainbow foil part is on the number. The box is the same for both the holographic and the non-holographic versions. The inside of both the lid and the base of the box is blank white for you to more easily write or jot down your notes of how you can use the cards (e.g., "Clubs = Wands #23~#35"). Additionally, you can use the box interior to write thank-you messages and expressive gifting notes when giving this deck as a gift for someone who has inspired you, a loved one, etc.
FOR YOUR REFERENCE: If you're using only this deck for playing card games and just want 54 cards, you can remove all the Major Arcana cards (#01~#22) and the Magician Clarity cards from #81 to #90. If you're not coming up with your own ideas and systems, here is a quick reference guide you can refer to:
All of the 55-card decks have an additional professional playing card finish. Only the deck with the "Rebellion" logo lacks the extra finishing and has only fifty-four (54) cards; its default tin box looks more "homemade" as well. The 55-card deck designs will be added later.
